From June 1 to 4, Santiago, Chile, hosted the 5th International Conference on Synchronized Measurements and Analytics for Smart Grids (SGSMA 2026). Jointly supported by CIGRE and IEEE, the conference is recognized as a leading forum for showcasing breakthrough advances in synchrophasor measurement technologies. SGSMA brings together leading researchers, academics, and industry experts from around the world to exchange knowledge and discuss the latest developments in the field.

Dmitry Ulyanov, Deputy General Director of Engineering Center Energoservice, presented a paper on An improved method for estimation of line and transformer parameters during transient processes based on synchrophasor technology.
